Australia Day Long Weekend

We had a very busy and enjoyable long weekend. We all went to Lola's party at Ivanhoe Pool on Saturday. On Sunday we took the train to the Fitzroy Gardens for the free Fairy concert and then continued into the city for the Brickvention Lego Display. This was basically a lot of Lego 'nerds' showing off their collections. It was fascinating, amazing and interesting. Mason and Torren thought it was great pointing out the things they already own.








On Monday we went to the Zoo with everyone else in Melbourne to see the new Seal enclosure and on Australia Day, we went to South Melbourne Beach. It was very windy but the kids still enjoyed playing in the sand and water.
