Adelaide Pageant

Our 5th pageant. Last year it was freezing cold and wet; this year it was very hot. The weather certainly kept people away but we enjoyed the extra room. A couple of the floats broke down after they had passed us but it was a most enjoyable morning.

Torren always enjoys coming to Adelaide - of course to see Grandma and Grandpa but also to see the many things such as the road signs, river, suburb, island, and building with his name on it. He thinks it's fantastic.

Torren and Sophie's Party

As Sophie's birthday is only 20 days after Torren's, we decided to combine their parties. We had the perfect location - Kew Traffic School - which had lots of room, escape proof, and number limitless. It was a great afternoon, with 40 kids (including siblings) and 18 mums. Clive and Marian flew from Adelaide the night before and were a fantastic help. This was by far the best way to have a party; the kids rode around the tracks, came in for food and drink and went back out again. No party games and no mess at home. Perfect.

Torren's Birthday

Big 5 yr old enjoying opening his presents on his birthday which was also party day. What better place to test out a new scooter than the Kew Traffic School?
