Chicago trip

29/1/2006 Q Centre, St Charles

Traveled to Chicago for the Accenture Core Senior Manager School in St. Charles Illinois. This is the seventh time in almost 10 years that I have attended the Accenture training centre, the first time being March 1996, almost 10 years ago. Below is the view out of my accommodation window. The buildings to the left are where the classes were held. All buildings are connected so that you don't have to go outside in the cold. The weather is relatively warm for January in Chicago, with temperatures between 0 and 10 degrees C.

Pictures from the flight from LA to Chicago. The total flight is about 15 hours from Melbourne to LA, and then another 4 from LA to Chicago. It is then another hour by car to the Q Centre in St Charles.

Willy's 70th Birthday Party

While in Perth, we celebrated Willy Kullmann's 70th birthday along with family and members from the LOST orienteering club.

Anne was rushed off her feet all night serving food while Willy and Rosemary entertained the guests.

Mason and Torren provided the entertainment to the crowds.
